PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GOKHSHTEIN MEDIA PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Gokhshtein Media LLC (“Gokhshtein Media,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, newsletters, terminal services, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Gokhshtein Media, including but not limited to those accessible at gokhshtein.tv, gokhshtein.com, and gokhshtein-nextjs.vercel.app (collectively, the “Platform”).
By clicking “Accept,” creating an account, subscribing to any service, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you represent that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement; and (d) you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosures.

GOKHSHTEIN MEDIA IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER, BROKER-DEALER, INVESTMENT COMPANY, COMMODITY POOL OPERATOR, COMMODITY TRADING ADVISER, OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OF ANY KIND UNDER ANY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE INVESTMENT ADVISERS ACT OF 1940, THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, THE COMMODITY EXCHANGE ACT, OR ANY OTHER FEDERAL OR STATE SECURITIES LAW.
Nothing on the Platform — including but not limited to articles, G Score ratings, G Intelligence briefs, Market Signals, price data, analysis, commentary, opinion pieces, push notifications, newsletters, or any other content — constitutes, or should be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, digital asset, commodity, futures contract, or other financial instrument.
All content is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Past performance of any asset, strategy, or signal is not indicative of future results. Investing in securities, digital assets, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire investment. You should conduct your own independent due diligence and consult with a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.
The G Score, G Intelligence, and Market Signals features are proprietary analytical tools that present data-driven assessments. They are not ratings, recommendations, or guarantees. They reflect algorithmic outputs based on publicly available data and should not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision.
Gokhshtein Media employs artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models, to generate, draft, summarize, and publish certain content on the Platform. Such AI-generated content may be published automatically or with limited human editorial review.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. AI systems can produce plausible-sounding but factually incorrect statements. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is experimental in nature and agree to verify independently any information before relying upon it for any purpose.
Where content is AI-generated, we endeavor to disclose that fact through appropriate labeling, but we do not guarantee that all AI-generated content will be so labeled. The presence or absence of an AI label does not affect the applicability of any disclaimer contained herein.
The paper trading feature available through the Gokhshtein Terminal is a simulated trading environment provided solely for educational, entertainment, and informational purposes. Paper trading does not involve real money, real securities, real digital assets, or actual transactions of any kind. No real funds are at risk, deposited, or transacted through the paper trading feature.
Simulated trading results may differ materially from actual trading results due to factors including but not limited to: market impact, slippage, liquidity constraints, transaction costs, tax consequences, and emotional decision-making. Paper trading performance is not indicative of actual trading performance or investment success.
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You may not use a false identity, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
You may not maintain more than one account. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts and to take any other action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.
Gokhshtein Media offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscription features, pricing, and terms are described on the applicable subscription page and may be updated from time to time. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except as required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to issue refunds in our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
We may change subscription fees at any time upon at least 30 days' prior notice. Your continued use of the Pro Services after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
The Platform and all content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, images, data compilations, algorithms, and other materials (collectively, “Company Content”) are owned by Gokhshtein Media or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Company Content without our prior written consent, except that you may share links to our content through social media and similar platforms.
“Gokhshtein,” “Gokhshtein Media,” “G Score,” “G Intelligence,” “The Daily G,” and related marks are trademarks or service marks of Gokhshtein Media. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other input regarding the Platform (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into our Services without compensation to you.
You agree not to, and will not assist, encourage, or enable others to:
The Platform displays market data, prices, charts, and other information sourced from third-party providers including but not limited to CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, TradingView, and other data vendors. Such third-party data is provided “as is” and we make no representations or warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOKHSHTEIN MEDIA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE; AND WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. MARKET DATA MAY BE DELAYED AND IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GOKHSHTEIN MEDIA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gokhshtein Media and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@gokhshtein.com with a written notice describing the dispute in detail, and to negotiate in good faith for a period of at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform — including questions about validity, enforceability, or scope — shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as otherwise provided herein. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York, New York, or remotely if mutually agreed. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND GOKHSHTEIN MEDIA EACH AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS. IF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SHALL BE NULL AND VOID WITH RESPECT TO THAT CLAIM.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Claims relating to intellectual property infringement may be brought in court without first seeking arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Delaware.
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent at: legal@gokhshtein.com, with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new effective date, and where required by applicable law, by sending notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, extended periods of inactivity, or at our sole discretion for any business reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 shall survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gokhshtein Media with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, or regulatory changes.
